Nestled in a prime position, located in the quieter old village, Casa Major is a two minute walk from the beach of Praia da Luz, the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
Accommodation is over 2 floors and is approached by an external flight of stairs. On the first floor the open plan living/dining room has patio doors opening onto a terrace with sea glimpses and views of the hills. The outdoor seating area is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The small well equipped kitchen offers all the usual ‘cozinha’ items – microwave, cooker, fridge and dishwasher, modern with a hint of the Algarve.
Downstairs are two spacious twin bedrooms with large built in wardrobes, the master having its own private en suite shower room. The family bathroom is large and houses the washing machine. Both of the bedrooms have patio doors each leading to their own small terraces, perfect for hanging wetsuits or the washing.
With out a doubt our favourite place is the roof terrace. The views from the private roof terrace are stunning. You can enjoy sunbathing all day long or move into the shade of the sail. Cooking sardines on the bbq at the end of the day with your vinho verde is simply perfeito!
There is really no need to hire a car unless you wish to travel further afield.
